Seeking a Process/Production Supervisor who can lead a team in high speed manufacturing enviornment. This position works shift schedule which consists of 12 hour shifts 3 to 4 days per week. Ideal for a person looking for career growth opportunities in a manufcturing enviornment. Metal Container is part of the Anheuser-Busch InBev Corp.
*Operation of the facility as it relates to safety, housekeeping, quality and production
*Provide direction, counseling, coaching, and skill assessment of hourly Team Members
*Drive safety initiatives and awareness in assigned areas
*Insure compliance with policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
*Schedule the shift to maximize performance, managing overtime, vacation and absences
*Conduct Team Member performance appraisals
*Assist in troubleshooting and process improvement efforts, including facilitation of teams
*Maintenance implementation in assigned areas (e.g. preventative maintenance, maintenance days and take advantage of unplanned downtime)
Primary Skills: Position Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management discipline
*Three plus years of experience in high-speed manufacturing equipment and systems
*Two plus years Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
*Excellent
Salary: Between $83,040 - $103,800
Experience Required: Some Experience, 2 years minimum
Clearance Level: none
Travel: 5 %
